The New Charismatic New Testament is a literal translation of the Christian New Testament, but it is a translation informed by Charismatic understanding. Many Bible translators, though extremely competent, simply do not have the spiritual and charismatic experiences necessary to correctly and literally translate many words and expressions which are found in the New Testament.
