New World Translation - 2013 Update

I just received notice (thanks, JJ) that the Jehovah's Witnesses have announced an update to the New World Translation. It has been updated to 21st century English. I don't have any more information yet. If you know of print editions or an online edition, please let me know.

    Hello, I just done some reading on this and it seems that this new NWT deletes the longer ending of Mark and the story of the woman caught in adultery. It also seems that a new font was developed for copyright reasons. The source I've seen states a PDF version should be available this Monday.

    In answer to your question where you van find an online version, you can visit jw.org and download the latest new world translation in pdf format or even better follow the link to android or ipad devices for the interactive version.
    And best of all... it is free.

    I really liked this version, looks like it is not only a 'revision' but a whole new translation, his new translation methodology is balanced between 'formal equivalence' and 'dynamic equivalence', I think this method is called 'Optimal equivalence'. I recommend it to all.
